Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. However, due to the nature of our private tours, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

• No-shows will be considered last-minute cancellations and will also not be refunded.
